1. Open the Mobile VPN application on your desktop.
If this is not on your desktop, check the start menu (flag icon in the lower-left corner of the screen). If you are unable to find it in either place, please contact the helpdesk.

2. Login to the VPN Client.
Enter your organization's VPN URL under Server.*
Enter your network username and passwords in the applicable fields.*
*If you do not know this information, please reach out to the helpdesk. If you are given the credentials by the helpdesk, be sure to write them down in a secure place and do not share them.
3. Verify your connection.
In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, you should see a green magnifying glass, verifying you are connected to the secure VPN.
4. Access remote drives.
Once you are connected, you will need to open any remote drives you need to access and ensure they have time to connect before you need to utilize them.
Go to This PC.
Double-click all shared drives that have a red X, making sure you are able to access those files, then go back to "This PC," and do the same to the next drive with a red X.
The green connection icon means you are good to go!
Follow step 4 for each drive that has a red X.
